01What you're buying
Scenes sells two things: pay-as-you-go credit packs and monthly plan subscriptions. Both add credits to your account, which are spent on chats, scenes, and portraits.
02Prices & payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available and charged to your selected payment method. By confirming a purchase you authorise us to charge that amount.
03Pay-as-you-go credits
Top-up credits are a one-time purchase, never expire, and are drawn only after your monthly plan allowance runs out. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or resold.
04Subscriptions & renewal
Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, using your saved payment method. Cancelling stops the next renewal but keeps your plan active until the current period ends.
05Refunds & cancellations
Unused pay-as-you-go credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; once credits are spent, that portion is non-refundable. Subscription charges are non-refundable once a period begins, but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.
06Taxes & receipts
Prices may exclude taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. A receipt for every purchase is saved in your account under billing history.
07Failed or disputed payments
If a charge fails we may retry it and pause plan benefits until payment succeeds. Please reach out before opening a dispute so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
08Changes to pricing
We may change prices, credit rates, or pack contents with reasonable notice. Changes never affect a purchase you've already made — each charge is fixed at the price shown when you bought it.
